Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with Belle Bloom. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are a resident of a country to which we ship, and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Contract Formation

A legally binding contract between you and Belle Bloom is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to despatch if an item becomes unavailable, if a pricing error has occurred, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund where payment has already been taken.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

We take reasonable steps to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made. We will not be obliged to fulfil an order at an incorrectly priced amount.

5. Delivery

Delivery timescales and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Your Consumer Rights

As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery. Certain items, including knickers and underwear where the hygiene seal has been removed, are exempt from the right of return for hygiene reasons in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Belle Bloom or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to engage in any conduct that could damage or impair the operation of our website or harm other users.

9. Fraudulent Orders & Chargebacks

Belle Bloom has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent orders, misuse of promotions, and dishonest chargeback claims. We record order details, IP addresses, device information, and delivery confirmation for all transactions.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us in good faith, we reserve the right to:

  • Contest the chargeback with full supporting evidence provided to our payment processor
  • Permanently suspend your account and refuse future orders
  • Report the matter to fraud prevention agencies and relevant authorities where warranted

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that transaction. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
