These Terms of Service govern your use of the Belle Bloom website and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Belle Bloom is an online lingerie and intimate apparel retailer selling to consumers across the European Union. Contact: storebellebloom@outlook.com.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Contract Formation

A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued promptly.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal policy, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673. A dedicated withdrawal function is available on that page and in your order confirmation email.

6. Legal Guarantee

All goods are covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer protection law.

All content on this website is the property of Belle Bloom or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the total amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which the consumer resides, where mandatory consumer protection provisions apply. Any dispute may be brought before the courts of the consumer's country of residence or the trader's place of establishment, in accordance with applicable EU jurisdiction rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that transaction.
