Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, customs processes (for non-EU destinations), and carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Customs & Duties
For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful, our carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding period will be returned to us, and additional postage may be charged for redelivery.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at storebellebloom@outlook.com with photographs of the damage. For lost parcels, please allow the carrier's standard investigation period before contacting us.
